- Significantly lower infection rate with COPAL® G+C compared to low-dose single antibiotic-loaded bone cement (SALBC) in patients who had received cemented hip hemiarthroplasty between April 2008 and December 2014 (1.2% vs. 3.4%)
- COPAL® G+C does not drive antibiotic resistance in these patients
