Hip Cementing Technique

This eLearning course provides a practical guidance for the cementing of both the hip stem and the acetabulum. The bone cement handling receives special consideration. Additionally, we take a look at frail patients and how to adapt the steps of hip stem cementing technique in this challenging patient group.

The course is enhanced by several short videos, in which the expert surgeons Prof. Ulrich Liener (Stuttgart), Prof. Martin Thaler (München) und Prof. Maik Stiehler (Dresden), show the hip cementation in a workshop setting or directly in the operating theater sharing their experience and tips.
